The core focus of this role is to provide support to M&a to ensure that Sonnedix is represented in a consistent way to all potential partners and markets.

The role will work on specific M&A projects in existing markets where required. Additionally, the role will explore new markets within Europe, supporting the creation of new teams to drive opportunities (platforms or companies) in line with Sonnedix’ Strategy of targetting and acquiring small to médium sized assets

The role will collaborate with other stakeholder functions to drive strategic partnerships & the Sonnedix brand externally, as well as ensuring effective execution of all M&A projects while implementing strategic practices to achieve above market returns

The individual should have the capacity to analyze complex and strategic acquisitions understanding the company’s capacity and investment principles and ensure assets that are acquired achieve hurdle rates through optimization
